How are your products delivered?

Most of our large products are delivered by national pallet courier. Where items are too large to fit on a pallet or on site installation is included/required we will deliver using our own people and transport. Where possible items are grouped together on to single pallets/deliveries in order to minimise the cost to you; we will always endeavour to pass any saving we can make in this area on to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery prices depend upon;
  • Your postcode
  • The required shipping method.
  • To see how much delivery for any given item will cost, simply add it to your 'shopping basket'. On the Shopping Basket page, below your item(s) there is an option to enter your postcode. This will add the delivery charge for that postcode to your order. Don't worry, you can always change your order or delivery postcode if you have made a mistake.

    Can I collect my purchase myself?

    If you prefer to collect your order from us yourself this is fine but you will need to telephone us to place your order and arrange a collection date.

    How long will I have to wait for my order?

    Many of our products are built to order because of the wide range of options and configurations available. When ordering online we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm lead times for delivery. The usual lead time is 2-4 weeks for hand made items, but this varies by product; it can be less and at busy times of year can be more.     Delivery for 'Off the shelf items' is usually approx. 1 week. We will contact you within 2 working days if there is a delay.
