How we use your information
Your personal information will only be used by The Stables Workshop in connection with your order(s). Your information will not be passed on to any third parties except where required for the payment for or delivery of your order(s). The Stables Workshop will only contact you as required in connection with this order. You will not receive marketing calls or emails however we may send a single email request for feedback on our products and service up to 6 months after completion of any order.
Once you have made a purchase through our website we will contact you within 2 (two) working days to confirm lead times and arrange a delivery date. Our usual lead time for handmade/custom finish items is approx. 2-4 weeks but 4-6 weeks may be required at busy times of year.
We accept payment by debit and credit card by telephone, or by cheque as well as online. We can not however accept payment by either American Express on Diners Club. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will be acknowledged by e-mail or telephone but will only be processed after your cheque has been cleared by our bank, this usually takes up to six working days.

Any items received damaged or faulty will be replaced/repaired/refurbished as appropriate and required to meet with your satisfaction, but please ensure that you telephone or e-mail us to this effect at the time of delivery.
Distance Selling Regulations
If within seven working days after the day of delivery you decide that the goods are no longer required, and are unused and in original condition, then we offer a full refund of the original invoice including original carriage/delivery charge in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DRS). Cost of return however is not refunded. Once the goods are returned and checked as satisfactory we will refund your payment card minus return carriage costs.
Where an order is cancelled prior to the day of delivery, any monies paid whether deposit only or full purchase price, will be returned in full to the card from which it was drawn.
